In terms of Reg 30 of SEBI (LODR) Reg 2015, we would like to inform that in pursuance to MoD Letter No. 11(70)/2021/misc/D(NS) dated 05 Oct 2026 received on 06 Oct 2026, the President of India has appointed Shri Dharminder Kumar and Shri Laishram Meenabanta Singh as Part Time Non Official Directors (Independent Directors) on the Board of the Company for a period of three years or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Their appointment will be effective from the date of allotment of DIN. Accordingly, the effective date of their appointment as Independent Directors on to the Board of the Company and their Brief Profile will be intimated/submitted.
