Pursuant to Regulations 7 & 30 of SEBI LODR, we have to inform you that the Board of Directors has approved today the proposal for appointment of M/s. Purva Sharegistry (India) Private Limited ("New RTA"), SEBI Registration No. INR000001112, as 'Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA)', to further strengthen the investor services function of the Company. The formalities for change of RTA, shifting of electronic connectivity and transition of data will be processed in due course.
