Pursuant to Reg 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that in terms of Section 139 and other provisions as may be applicable of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Companies (Audit and Auditors) Rules, M/s. Agarwal Patel & Sinhal, Chartered Accountants (F.R.N. 012245C) have been appointed by the Members of the Company as the Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office for a term of Five Consecutive Years from the conclusion of the 38th Annual General Meeting held on 29th September, 2026 till the conclusion of the 43rd Annual General Meeting to be held in the year 2031 in place of M/s. S R Naredi & Co., Chartered Accountants (F.R.N. 002818C) retiring Statutory Auditors of the Company.
