02The aforesaid transfer has been undertaken amongst persons belonging to the Promoter/Promoter Group pursuant to Regulation 10(1)(a) (i) and (ii) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, as applicable, being an inter -se transfer amongst immediate relatives and/or persons named as promoter and promoter group in the shareholding pattern filed by the Target Company for not less than three years prior to the proposed acquisition.
