In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended (“SEBI LODR Regulations”), we are pleased to inform you that Welspun Michigan Engineers Limited (“WMEL”), formerly known as Welspun Michigan Engineers Private Limited, a material subsidiary of the Company, has secured a Letter of Acceptance from New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) for Rehabilitation of Old Sewer Twin Barrel of 2100mm Dia NP -2 Class RCC pipe from C-Hexagon to Lodhi Road through Zakir Hussain Marg – Golf Course Subramanium Bharti Marg at a contract value of ~Rs. 66 Crore (excluding GST) .
