3) Considered and approved the change of Name of the Company to Fishfa Industries Limited or any other name available, on receipt of approval from Ministry of Corporate Affairs on name availability, subject to the approval of Shareholders and Central Government and consequent Alteration of the relevant clauses of Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the Company pursuant to name change, subject to the approval of members as per the Provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 & SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015.
