This is with reference to the submission made by the Company on September 30, 2026, vide BSE vide BSE Acknowledgment/reference no. 14401450. We would like to inform that due to an inadvertent technical oversight; the said outcome was inadvertently uploaded under the incorrect head/category of "Appointment of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer" instead of the correct head "Change in Management- Appointment of Secretarial Auditor" on the BSE Listing Centre. Please note that the Company has immediately rectified this error and successfully re-uploaded the disclosure under the appropriate category vide BSE Reference No. 14402223. The contents and attachments of the disclosure remain completely unchanged. We request you to kindly take this rectification on your records.
