Elitecon International Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/10/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve raising of funds through the issuance of equity shares and/or other eligible securities, including preference shares, debentures, warrants and equity-linked instruments. The funds may be raised in one or more tranches through a QIP, preferential issue, private placement, rights issue, FPO or debt issue, on terms to be determined by the Board.
