02Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), this is to inform you that ideaForge Technology Limited ( the ‘Company’) has received an order under Section 74 of the Central Goods & Services Tax Act, 2017 (CGST Act) read with the MGST Act, 2017, read with the IGST Act, 2017, or the rules made thereunder, along with any other law for the time being in force in India as applicable.
