02We wish to inform you that the 95th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of Salem Erode Investments Limited (“Company”) was held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, wherein the shareholders of the Company have, inter alia, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Ambadath Aiyyappan Balan (DIN: 01996253) as Independent Director (Non-Executive) of the Company for a second term of five (5) consecutive years, commencing from September 29, 2026 to September 28, 2031.
