What the company shared

In continuation of our letter dated July 29, 2026 and pursuant to the order of the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal ('NCLT'), Mumbai Bench ('Hon'ble NCLT') and Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby enclose copies of the newspaper advertisements published on October 01, 2026, with respect to the Notice of Petition issued in connection with the joint petition filed by Madanahatti Logistics and Industrial Parks Private Limited ('Transferor Company') and Transindia Real Estate Limited ('Transferee Company') under Sections 230 to 232 of the Act. The said joint petition was admitted by the Hon'ble NCLT on September 04, 2026 and hearing is fixed on November 03, 2026. The advertisements were published in the following newspapers in compliance with the NCLT Directions: 1. Business Standard, Mumbai Edition (English); and 2. Loksatta, Mumbai Edition (Marathi) Kindly take the same on your records.
