However, due to a technical issue with the joining link provided by the RTA, it was subsequently discovered that the members were unable to access the AGM through the VC/OAVM facility, and accordingly it was determined that the requisite quorum was not present. For want of requisite quorum, the AGM stood adjourned to the same day, next week.
