01Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to the applicable requirements of Regulations 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), we hereby inform you that the ordinary resolution relating to the re-appointment of Mr. Ajay Rajnikant Shah (DIN: 00011763), Whole-time Director of the Company, as a Director liable to retire by rotation, was placed before the shareholders at the 61st Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 29th September 2026 and was not approved by the shareholders. Accordingly, Mr. Ajay Rajnikant Shah has ceased to hold oce as a Director of the Company with eect from the conclusion of the 61st Annual General Meeting held on 29 September 2026.
