Goblin India Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 09/10/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1) The proposal of raising fund by way of issuance of equity shares through various eligible securities, including but not limited to equity shares, convertible preference shares, or other equity-linked instruments, subject to applicable law and such regulatory/statutory approvals, as may be required. 2) Any other business which may be placed before the board with the permission of the Chairman.
