This is in continuation to our previous disclosures regarding CIRP of Baron Infotech Ltd. & approval of Resol.Plan of Innopark India Pvt Ltd ("SRA") by Hon''ble NCLT, hyd vide order dt. 8/9/2026. We wish to inform you that Mr.Vivek Kumar un-successful RA has filed appeal before Hon''ble NCLAT, Chennai vide CA(AT)Ins.No.516 of 2026, challenging orders of Hon''ble NCLT, Hyd. dt. 8/9/26 approving Resol.Plan of SRA. The submission of appellant have been heard on 1/10/26 by Honble NCLAT, and based on appellant''s arguments oral orders to maintain status quo as on Oct 1, 26 were passed by the Honble NCLAT Chennai. The opportunity for hearing the submissions of Resl.Professional, CoC and SRA is given from Nov 3 to Nov 6, 2026. Accodingly the matter is adjourned to 3/11/26. It is further informed that the written orders dt.1/10/26 passed by Honble NCLAT are yet to be uploaded on its website and made available to the undersigned at the time of submission of this intimation to BSE.
