In continuation of the earlier intimation dated October 01, 2026, we wish to inform you that the shareholders of Chemtech Industrial Valves Limited (“Company”) in 30th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Com pany held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 have approved Re- appointment of Mr. Puneet Pradeep Badkur, (DIN: 07803209), who retired at the AGM and being eligible, was re-appointed as the Whole-time Director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.
