02Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI LODR”) read with Schedule III, we wish to inform you that Mr. Vishal Gupta has tendered his resignation from the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company with effect from 03rd October, 2026, due to increasing personal and professional commitments requiring my dedicated attention, I find it difficult to continue discharging the responsibilities of CFO with the level of focus and dedication that the role demands.
