Rectification of term of appointment of Mr. Pradipkumar Ratilal Navik (DIN: 01067716), Chairman and Managing Director of the Company The Members approved the rectification of the inadvertent clerical/drafting error in the Postal Ballot dated 27th June, 2025 relating to the period of appointment of Mr. Pradipkumar Ratilal Navik as Chairman and Managing Director.

Accordingly, the period o f his appointment shall be read and construed as five years commencing from 26th June, 2025 and ending on 25 th June, 2030, instead of the period inadvertently mentioned as “26 th June, 2025 to 26th June, 2030” in the said Postal Ballot Notice.
