Pursuant to SEBI (PIT) regulation 2015, as amended and in accordance with the code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated person for trading in companys shares the Trading Window shall remain close from OCtober 01, 2026 for the purpose of consideration & approval of unaudited standalone & consolidated financial statement for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. The window shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results when the information becomes generally available . during the closed trading window period the pramoters, directors , KMP and designated person and their immediate relative shall not trade in companys shares. The date of BM of the company for the declaration of Unaudited Fiancial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 shall be intimated in due course.
