We wish to inform you that, at the 38th Annual General Meeting ('AGM") held on 29th September, 2026, the Shareholders of the Company have approved the: 1. Re-appointment of Mr. Akash Sethi (DIN: 08176396) as a Joint Managing Director of the company for a further period of 3 (three) Years commencing from 14th August, 2027 to 13th August, 2030 and Payment of remuneration. 2. Re-appointment of Ms. Manali Tongia (DIN: 09542172) as a Non- Executive Independent Director of the company for a period of 5 (Five)Years commencing from 24th March, 2027 to 23rd March, 2032. 3. Re-appointment of Ms. Somya Chhabra (DIN: 09597296) as a Non- Executive Independent Director of the company for a period of 5 (Five) Years commencing from 06th May, 2027 to 05th May, 2032.
