In continuation to our intimation dated March 28, 2025 with regard to acquisition of equity shares in Kurnool Renewables Private Limited (“KRPL”), an associate company of Laurus Labs Limited (“Company”), and in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI ( Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Company has invested INR 12,09,60,500/- (Indian Rupees Twelve Crores Nine Lakhs Sixty Thousand and Five Hundred only) and acquired 1,20,96,050 (One Crore Twenty Lakhs Ninety Six Thousand and Fifty) equity shares of KRPL at face value of INR 10/- each aggregating to an amount of INR 12,09,60,500/- (Indian Rupees Twelve Crores Nine Lakhs Sixty Thousand and Five Hundred only) by way of rights issue.
