02This is in continuation to our earlier intimation dated August 20, 2026, wherein the Company had informed that the Board of Directors had approved the acquisition of 100% stake in Silvostyle Jewellers Limited (“SJL”) , by way of acquisition of Equity Shares through fresh issue and acquisition from the existing shareholders, in one or more tranches.

03We hereby inform you that the acquisition has been completed pursuant to the terms of the Share Purchase Agreement and the applicable transaction documents.

04The Board of Directors of SJL has approved the allotment of 1,48,50,000 (One Crore Forty-Eight Lakh Fifty Thousand) Equity Shares to the Company.

05Accordingly, upon completion of the aforesaid transactions, the Company has acquired an aggregate of 1,50,00,000 (One Crore Fifty Lakh) E quity Shares, representing 100% of the P aid-up Equity Share capital of SJL.
