Basis the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, appointed Mr. Amitabha Mukhopadhyay (DIN: 01806781) as an Additional Director in the capacity of Non -Executive Independent Director of the Company effective from October 05, 2026, and recommended his appointment as Non-Executive Independent Director of the C ompany for a term of three (3) consecutive years commencing from October 05, 2026, and ending on October 04, 2029 , to the shareholders of the Company.
