Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III to the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”) and SEBI Master Circular dated January 30, 2026, and pursuant to Regulation 10(c) of the SEBI (Share Based Employee Beneϐits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021, (“SEBI SBEB Regulations”), we wish to inform you that the Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, today, i.e., October 1, 2026, has approved the allotment of 86,811 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each of the Company to the eligible employees who have exercised their options pursuant to Exicom Tele- Systems Limited Employees Stock Option Scheme 2025 (“ESOP Scheme 2025”).
