In Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, we wish to inform you that Mrs. Deepa Ashokkumar Dhamecha, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company has tendered her resignation from the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company vide her r esignation letter dated 02nd October, 2026 due to personal reason and the same shall be placed before the upcoming Board Meeting for formal acceptance and taking note thereof, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the SEBI LODR Regulations.

Further, she has confirmed that there are no other material reasons for the resignation other than those provided in her resignation letter.
