Voting Results and Consolidated Scrutinizer''s Report of the 44th Annual General Meeting of Tandhan Energies Limited (Formerly known as Shah Foods Limited) held on 30th September 2026, please find enclosed herewith the following: a) Annexure I: Voting Results of the business transacted at the AGM, pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. b) Annexure II: Consolidated Scrutinizer's report on remote e-voting and e-voting conducted during AGM, submitted by the Scrutinizer, Mr. Mohan Ram Goenka Company Secretary in Practice (FCS: 4515, CP: 2551), pursuant to section 108 of the Companies act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, as amended. Based on the Consolidated Scrutinizer's Report, all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the 44th AGM dated 7th September, 2026, read with the Corrigendum dated 24th September, 2026, have been passed with the requisite majority.
