The 36th AGM was held on September 30, 2026 via VC/OAVM from 11am to 12.31pm with 42 members attending. Key businesses transacted via e-voting included adopting the FY 2025-26 financial statements, re-appointment Mr Edward M Prabhakar and Mrs R Gomathi as CMD, appointing new board members (Mr M Karunakaran, Mr A F Simeon Telfer, Mr R V Ramanuja Bharathi, and Ms Sindu Chawla) and appointing Mr T Murugan as Secretarial Auditor. The combined voting results will be submitted within 48 hours.
