02Dear Ma’am/Sir This has reference to your email for clarification pertain to Financial results - Consolidated Financial Results not submitted, our reply for the aforesaid observations is as under: Reply: This is to submit during the previous financial year, the Company completed the sale of its entire investment in its erstwhile subsidiary, RT Packaging Limited, with effect from 13 November 2025, pursuant to the requisite approvals.

03In the financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2026, the assets and liabilities of RT Packaging Limited were classified as a disposal group held for sale and its results up to the date of disposal were presented as discontinued operations in accordance with Ind AS 105 – Non-current Assets Held for Sale and Discontinued Operations.

04The Company did not have any subsidiary, associate or joint venture during the quarter ended 30 June 2026.

05Therefore, in accordance with Ind AS 110 Consolidated Financial Statements and Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company is not required to prepare consolidated financial results.
