01Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Sub-para (8) of Para B of Part A of Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, to inform you that ESL Steel Limited (“ESL”), a subsidiary of Vedanta Iron And Steel Limited (“VISL”), has received an Adjudication Order vide its letter PO/ADJ/08-2026/RN/02789 dated August 27, 2026 received on September 30, 2026 at around 10:01 PM IST under Section 454 of the Companies Act, 2013 in respect of violation of Section 197(15) read with Rule 5 of the Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014.
