02Further to our intimation letter dated August 5, 2026 filed with the Stock Exchange regarding admission of the petition for initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process against Shrenik Limited by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench – Court II vide order dated July 30, 2026, and the appointment of the Interim Resolution Professional, who is presently acting as the deemed Resolution Professional in terms of Regulation 17(3) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016, pending appointment of the Resolution Professional under Section 22 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, we wish to inform that the 2 nd Meeting of the Committee of Creditors of the Company was held on Thursday, October 1, 2026 at 03:00 P.M.
