02Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that D S Kulkarni Developers Limited (the “Company”), today, i.e., October 05, 2026, has acquired 100% of the equity share capital of M/s.
