01Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation s, 2015, we wish to inform that Mr. Rajesh Pandey, has tendered his resignation from the position of National Sales Head of the Company for pursuing career opportunities outside the Company.
