Pursuant to Regulations 30 and 51 of the SEBI Listing Regulations and i n continuation to our earlier announcement dated September 16, 202 6, in relation to the Show Cause Notice issued by The Deputy Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, Bengaluru, Karnataka, this is to inform that the Company had submitted its detailed reply to the notice and based on the merits, an Order has been passed by the Deputy Commissioner of Commercial Taxes on October 05, 2026, for dropping the entire demand of Rs. 94 .00 crore in its entirety and closure of the show cause notice proceedings with NIL Demand of Tax, Interest & Penalty.
