02In furtherance to our intimation dated September 23 , 2026 regarding the Board meeting of the Company will be held on Friday, October 9, 2026, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, we hereby further inform that the Board may also consider declaration of Interim Dividend for FY 2026-27 and to approve the Record Date f or the purpose of the payment of interim dividend, if declared.
