01In furtherance, to our earlier intimation dated February 13, 202 6, in respect of Scheme of Amalgamation between Clean Coats Private Limited (“Transferor Company”) with the Company and their respective shareholders under the provisions of Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013 (‘Scheme’), we would like to inform that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench (NCLT) has approved the Scheme vide its order dated October 6, 2026.

02A copy of the said Order as downloaded from the official website of the Hon’ble NCLT is enclosed herewith for your records.

03The Scheme shall come into effect upon filing the certified copies of the orders sanctioning the Scheme, issued by the respective jurisdictional National Company Law Tribunal s, with the respective Registrar of Companies by the Transferor Company and Transferee Company.
