Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the Securities Exchange Board of India (LODR) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI LODR Regulations') read with circulars / notifications / directions issued if any, and in connection with our prior intimation dated September 23, 2026, we wish you that the Board of Directors ('Board') of the Emerald Leisures Ltd ('Company') at its meeting held today i.e. October 01, 2026 has considered and approved the following: 1. Raising of funds through the issuance of equity shares of face value ?5/- each by way of rights issue for an amount not exceeding ? 130 Crores, to the eligible equity shareholders of the Company as on the record date (to be determined and notified subsequently).
