We hereby inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Thursday, October 01, 2026, has inter - alia considered and approved the allotment of 1,00,00,000 (One Crore) Convertible Warrants at an issue price of 18.51 per warrants, to Mr. Sunil Kumar Jain, Promoter of the Company, The said allotment, aggerating to Rs. 18.51 Crores, has been make on a preferential basis, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
