We wish to inform that the Company has dispatched the physical copy of the Notice of adjourned 26th AGM by post to those members whose e-mail addresses are not registered with the Company/ Registrar and Share Transfer Agent/ Depositories at their registered addresses as available in the records of the Company/ Registrar and Share Transfer Agent/ Depositories.

We wish to inform you that the 26th AGM of the Company was scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 30th September, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). However, due to a technical issue with the joining link provided by the RTA, it was subsequently discovered that the members were unable to access the AGM through the VC/OAVM facility, and accordingly it was determined that the requisite quorum was not present. For want of requisite quorum, the AGM stood adjourned to the same day, next week. The adjourned 26th AGM will be held on Wednesday, 07th October, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).
