The Right Issue Committee at its meeting today approve the fixation of Friday, October 09, 2026, as the Record Date pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI LODR') for the purpose of determining the equity shareholders of the Company who shall be eligible to make payment of the first and final call of ?35/- (Rupees Thirty-Five only) per partly paid-up equity share and to whom the first and final call notice will be sent.
