Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, we would like to inform you that Healthcare Global (Kenya) Private Limited, a step-down subsidiary of the Company has today, i.e., October 05, 2026, entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with Meditec Systems Limited for acquisition of 10 (ten) ordinary shares of Advanced Molecular Imaging Limited held by Meditec, for an aggregate consideration of 42,150 Kenyan Shillings (approximately INR 31,288 as on October 05, 2026).
