We hereby inform you that at the 14th Annual General Meeting of the Company duly convened on September 30th, 2026, the shareholders of the company approved the appointment of Ms. Aritika Garg (DIN: 11895058), as an Independent Director of the Company not liable to retire by rotation, for a first term of five consecutive years with effect from 22nd August, 2026.
Pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (LODR), 2015, the details of the e-voting results of the 14th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on September 30th, 2026, is enclosed herewith as Annexure A.
