In continuation of our letter dated July 29, 2026 and pursuant to the order of the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal ('NCLT'), Mumbai Bench ('Hon'ble NCLT') and Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby enclose copies of the newspaper advertisements published on October 01, 2026, with respect to the Notice of Petition issued in connection with the joint petition filed by Madanahatti Logistics and Industrial Parks Private Limited ('Transferor Company') and Transindia Real Estate Limited ('Transferee Company') under Sections 230 to 232 of the Act.
