It is informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed from September 16, 2026 till the close of October 17, 2026 (both days inclusive).

Wipro Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 15/10/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve a) the condensed audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company under lndAS for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. b) the condensed audited consolidated financial results of the Company under IFRS for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is informed that the merger of Wipro VLSI Design Services, LLC (step-down subsidiary) into Wipro IT Services, LLC (step-down subsidiary) is completed and is effective from October 1, 2026 (Eastern Time). The Company received intimation to this effect on October 3, 2026.

Wipro Limited has informed the Exchange that pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is informed that merger of Wipro VLSI Design Services, LLC (step-down subsidiary) into Wipro IT Services, LLC (step-down subsidiary) is completed and is effective from October 1, 2026 (Eastern Time). The Company received intimation to this effect on October 3, 2026.

Wipro Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Allotment of 90,686 equity shares under the Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2007 and 6,418 equity shares under Employee Stock Options, Performance Stock Unit and Restricted Stock Unit Scheme 2024, respectively, on October 1, 2026.

Wipro Limited has informed the Exchange to please refer to our earlier letters dated April 15, 2026, June 23, 2026, and September 30, 2026, respectively informing that Wipro Limited, through its subsidiaries, had signed a definitive agreement to acquire select customer contracts of Alpha Net Consulting LLC and its subsidiaries and that the transaction was expected to be completed by December 31, 2026.In continuation to the aforesaid letters, it is hereby informed that the said transaction has been completed on October 1, 2026.
